Job fairs and networking events organized by the office connect students and alumni with industry professionals, creating opportunities for meaningful partnerships that can benefit community-based business efforts. Additionally, AIUB's Career Counseling Services offer personalized guidance, helping students identify skills and set career goals, which can be instrumental for those aspiring to start sustainable local businesses. The Dr. Anwarul Abedin Institute of Innovation (D2A2I) at AIUB further contributes to community empowerment by funding projects like the Amateur Experimental Rocketry Dhaka, aligning with AIUB’s mission to promote research and innovation that positively impact the local community. AIUB’s Smart Bangladesh Business Plan Exhibition, held on April 10, 2023, showcased innovative business ideas developed by final-year students in the Entrepreneurship Development course. This exhibition allowed students to present their business concepts to faculty for feedback on practical implementation. Through posters and models, students proposed socially responsible and sustainable business ideas, enhancing their analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
