The university’s medical center provides free healthcare services to students and employees, including emergency care, diabetic monitoring, and special care for women, ensuring that essential health services are readily accessible on campus. AIUB’s mental health support services, in partnership with wEvolve, provide professional counseling and psychoeducation sessions, offering crucial mental health support and organizing workshops on stress management, exam anxiety, and emotional well-being.

Additionally, AIUB's Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Center advocates for inclusivity by providing resources and support to minority groups, organizing diversity-related events, and offering educational workshops, thereby fostering a more inclusive campus environment. Furthermore, the AIUB Daycare Facility supports student-parents and staff by providing a safe environment for children during study and work hours, enabling them to focus on their academic and professional responsibilities.
