Introduction
Echoing with the global demands, AIUB has established the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) to ensure high professionally creative education for aspiring students. For quality education, the university has pooled highly experienced and accomplished professionals from home and abroad. Further, it makes it point to organize regular field visits, seminars, study circles, workshop etc. so that students’ learning is underpinned by first hand experiences for their sound and solid knowledge and expertise.

The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences is committed to function as a strong social catalyst that will equip the students with innovative knowledge and moral values to make sustainable changes in the society in terms of ensuring justice, equity and public good.
Mission
Create innovative knowledge through intellectual practice, critical engagement, and creative endeavor. It is dedicated to providing students with enriched curriculum that fosters deeper understanding and appreciation of societies, cultures, languages, literatures, and artistic trends to address the contemporary global and local challenges.

Be it an academic seminar or an in-house cricket tournament or a debate festival, students and teachers at FASS work hand in hand to make it a success. This is how we make sure that each of our students remains engaged in academic and extracurricular rigors to grow to his or her fullest extent. This is how FASS of AIUB creates local leaders for the global demands.

Our teachers maintain a personal connection with the students to reach each and every bit of their needs. They are also unique in the quality that many of them are able to bring real life industry experience in classrooms with their diverse career growth. This has made FASS of AIUB distinct from the rest in the country.
