FBA Alumni

With the institutional slogan “Where Leaders are Created”, American International University -Bangladesh (AIUB) is continuously working to deliver the highest level of performance for preparing the students for future businesses and entrepreneurship in the fields of Science, Engineering, Business, and Social Sciences. Since its foundation in 1994, AIUB has always been very committed and helpful in facilitating this university's ongoing students and Alumni. In this regard, AIUB has two dedicated offices entitled ‘Office of Students Affairs (OSA)’ and ‘The Office of Placement and Alumni (OPA)’ to look after current students' and alumni's internal and external benefits. According to the statistics of the last convocation of the university, 36,911 students have successfully completed their degrees from this university and have joined the workforce in national and international arenas.

As part of the service portfolio of AIUB, the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) is also passionately working with great effort and professionalism to enrich students’ knowledge and develop their practical skills for the respective areas of specialization as per the need of the contemporary business world. To date, a total of 18,146 students (49.16% of the total graduating students) have completed their graduation from the business school of AIUB and are currently serving in different private and public organizations both at home and abroad. Some have also initiated and effectively operated their business ventures in various sectors.

FBA, AIUB graduates are now working in different local and multinational organizations in a variety of corporate fields and industries such as Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Manufacturing and Marketing; Home & Kitchen Appliances and Consumer Electronics; ICT, Mobile Phone and Telecommunications services; Banks and Financial Institutions; Media and Advertising Agencies; Airlines, Hotels, Resorts and Tourism Marketing; Textiles and Ready Made Garments; Real Estate and Housing; Power, Energy, and Engineering; Health care, Educational, and Development organizations; Non-government Organizations, etc.

Not only in the commercial and business areas, but FBA graduates are also engaged in the games & sports, cultural affairs, and other distinguished fields, upholding the interest of the country branding through their excellent professional contributions. It can be noted that 3 of our national cricket players and country’s brand ambassadors Shakib Al Hassan, Mohammad Mahmudullah Riyad, and Anamul Haque Bijoy have completed their graduation from the school of business, AIUB in the 21st convocation held in March 2023.
