In today’s business field, a learner must have competencies on various skills in addition to cognitive development. Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) is in the forefront in implementing OBE based curriculum under the framework and guidelines of University Grants Commission and Bangladesh Accreditation Council. The faculty firmly believes in holistic development of the students and in pursuance of this ambition, FBA offers free certificate courses on various soft skill development areas. We, from FBA regularly arrange dialogue and interactions with various industries and try to identify the scope of skill enhancement of our business graduates to meet the demand of our employers.
