    In keeping with the tradition of excellence and in pursuing its mission and vision, the Faculty of Business Administration of AIUB is continuously searching for new horizons to make the learning process attuned with the emerging demands for world-class business education. The unpredictable business environment would need a strategic intervention that would make the academic programs relevant and responsive to these changes and challenges. Foremost is the fast-advancing technology, which has made a dramatic change in the way business is conducted throughout the world. Policies and strategies have been laid down by the government and non-government organizations, and institutions to complement the evolution of technology. Human resources of the country need to be equipped with knowledge and skills to make them abreast of these continuous developments. The University plays an important role in educating and providing relevant experiences to the students who are in quest of globally competitive knowledge and skills to cope with the emerging challenges in the world of business. The Faculty of Business Administration is one of the prosperous faculties of the university. It is continuously restructuring its curricular program and courses, upgrading faculty competencies, facilities improvements and adapting new teaching strategies in response to the needs and demands of the times.

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
      • Fall 2024-2025 Onwards

        The BBA program consists of 140 credit hours. These credit hours represent General Education Foundation Courses of (36 X 3) 108 credit hours, Primary Departmental Elective Courses of (8 X 3) 24 credit hours, 2 Capstone Courses of (3+2= 5 credit hours), Foundation Course of 1 Credit Hour, Professional Development Course of 1 credit hour, and an Internship of 1 credit hour.

      • Spring 2022-2023 to Summer 2023-2024

        The BBA program consists of 140 credit hours. These credit hours represent General Education Foundation Courses of (36 X 3) 108 credit hours, Primary Departmental Elective Courses of (8 X 3) 24 credit hours, a Capstone Course of 1 credit hour, a Foundation Course of 1 Credit Hour, a Professional Development Course of 1 credit hour, and an Internship of 3 credit hours.

        • Primary Departmental Specialization: Any eight (8) courses from a primary department must be completed (8X3) 24 credit hours (mandatory).
        • Second Specialization: Students may select a second specialization other than their primary department. For the second specialization, any six (6) courses from the second specialization department must be completed (6X3) 18 credit hours (optional).
        • Minor: Students may select a minor other than their primary department or second specialization department (if applicable). Any four (4) courses from the minor department must be completed for the minor (4X3) 12 credit hours (optional).
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
      • Fall 2024-2025 Onwards

        The MBA program consists of 60 credit hours. These credit hours represent General Education Foundation Courses of (15X3) 45 credit hours, Primary Departmental Elective Courses of (4 X 3) 12 credit hours, a Capstone Course of 2 credit hours, and an Internship of 1 credit hour.

      • Spring 2022-2023 to Summer 2023-2024

        The MBA program consists of 60 credit hours. These credit hours represent General Education Foundation Courses of (14X3) 42 credit hours, Primary Departmental Elective Courses of (4 X 3) 12 credit hours, a Capstone Course of 3 credit hours, and an Internship of 3 credit hours.

        • Primary Departmental Specialization:Any four (4) courses from a primary department must be completed (4X3) 12 credit hours (mandatory).
        • Second Specialization: Students may select a second specialization other than their primary department. Any four (4) courses from the second specialization department must be completed for the second specialization (4X3) 12 credit hours (optional).
    • Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)

      The EMBA program consists of 40 credit hours. These credit hours represent general education foundation courses of (12 X 3) 36 and (2 X 2) 4 credit hours, and Specialization Areas of 9 Credit Hours (Optional) from the Departmental Course/Elective courses.
