If the CGPA of any student (undergraduate and graduate) falls below 2.50 on a scale of 4.00, he or she will be placed under academic probation. During academic probation, students are provided with regular counseling and guidance to enable them to improve their academic standing. Once placed under academic probation, students are provided a warning and a deadline, to recover their CGPA within the following semester. Failure to do so, may eventually result in cancellation of admission and termination from the university. Once terminated, students cannot apply for readmission into the university.
