Students who were already allotted with parking facility in the basement of building-D in Summer 2025-26 semester can apply for renewal of the same facility for the upcoming Fall 2026-27 semester. The renewal application must be submitted through AIUB web portal by Thursday, 17 September 26. The renewal process and the detail guideline are now available in the AIUB portal.

The renewal is only applicable for the same package. After the deadline (Thursday, 17 September 26), the parking facilities which were not renewed will be released and allotted to new applicants on first come first serve basis.

If anyone is not willing to renew the parking facility anymore in the Fall 2026-27 semester, the parking card must be returned to the VUES office (Ground Floor, Building D) any time before or within 48 hours after the allotted time period (17 September 2026) and the card will be inactivated.

Renewal Closing Date: 17 September 2026- Thursday

New Application Start Date: 20 September 2026 - Sunday

Release of Parking Smart Card: 27 September 2026 – Sunday onwards
