Dear Probation Students,

You are advised to check the attached lists of your respective counselors. Counseling for the Semester Spring 22-23 will start from FEBRUARY 05, 2023. Each student has been assigned to a counselor. 

Probation Students are highly advised to do the following: 

• Find the Counselor’s name from the list. You can also find your counselor’s name and contact details in your portal.
• Meet your Counselor immediately to get an appointment for counseling. Your Parents must meet with your counselor as per the given appointment date by the Counselor. Otherwise, NO PARENT’S SIGNATURE, NO MID-TERM PERMIT will be strictly followed.
• Go for counseling once a week according to the date and time given by your counselor.
• Please inform your counselor properly about your class performance every week
• If you go for a counseling session as per the given time by your counselor and the counselor is not available or has classes at that time, please inform your Counselor/Department Heads/Office of Probation. If this happens for more than a week, please inform the Office of Probation immediately.
• As per the policy of the Office of Probation, if you do not regularly attend counseling sessions, University Management will take academic action against you.
• Counseling is provided to help you out. Therefore, please take the best advantage of this.
• If you have any queries, concerns, or questions, please contact your respective Departmental Authorities as well as the Office of Probation, located at Registrar Building.

YOUR ATTENDANCE OF COUNSELLING SESSION WILL BE MONITORED
