MIDTERM EXAM PERMIT DISTRIBUTION NOTICE TO STUDENTS (FALL 2024-2025)
The exam permits will be distributed according to the following schedule:
Distribution Days:
Sunday to Thursday
Time: 10:00 am to 4:30 pm
Important Notes:
- Strictly observe the distribution time – permits will only be available during the specified hours.
- Bring your Student ID – permits will not be issued without a valid ID. No ID, no permit.
- Individual collection only – students may only collect their own permits. If you need someone else to collect on your behalf, they must have an authorization letter signed by you and provide both your ID and their ID.
