Submission of Graduation Memory Photos for AIUB’s 24 ^th Convocation Book

The 24th Convocation of AIUB is scheduled to be held on 7 December 2026. As part of the celebration, we invite graduating students (cleared and listed in 24 ^th convocation only) to share their cherished memories through photographs for inclusion in a special section of the convocation book.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Photo Limit: Each student may upload up to two (2) photos.

2. Photo Details: Provide a caption, the date the photo was taken, a description of the photo, and the location where the photo was taken.

3. File Format: Photos must be in JPG format, with a maximum resolution of 1200px and a file size not exceeding 4 MB.

4. Submission Platform: Photos must be uploaded via the AIUB Portal.

Deadline: All submissions must be completed by 7 November 2026.

A selection committee will review and finalize the photos for printing. Please note that AIUB reserves all rights to the uploaded photos, which may be used in official print and digital media.
