COVID-19 Vaccine Registration and Data Submission (Updated on November 06, 2021)

As suggested by the Ministry of Education and UGC, all university students are expected to register for COVID-19 vaccination in the following manner:

If the student did not yet register for vaccination:

Students with NID:

Please register for COVID-19 vaccine in the government website (https://surokkha.gov.bd/).

Students without NID, but having Birth Registration Number (BRN)

Students without NID are suggested register through http://univac.ugc.gov.bd/

Important: Submission/ Update of Vaccination Data:

If you have registered for vaccine AND/OR received 1st AND/OR received 2nd dose, please update your data in the followings:

• Very Important: All students are suggested to submit their vaccination data in the VUES portal (portal.aiub.edu) logging into own account. Since vaccination is an ongoing process until the 2nd dose is completed, students can update their data in the VUES account as they progress towards the 2nd dose. Please note: Attending on-campus classes in future may be subject to vaccination.

• All students are also suggested to update their vaccination status/ data in the http://univac.ugc.gov.bd/
