Students who have completed their graduation requirements within Fall 2022-2023 are eligible to apply for the upcoming 21^st Convocation. Applications must be submitted online by 28 January 2023, (05:00 PM).

The last date for clearing the Convocation payment is 29 January 2023, (04:00 PM). Students are requested to clear their due payment & email the payment slip to records@aiub.edu by 29 January 2023, (04:00 PM). Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your application.

** The payment slip is only required for those who are clearing the payment now, in order to update their respective files as soon as possible. Please note, that this is not required for those who have cleared their due payment beforehand and have already been cleared for the convocation.
