All Academic Awards (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude)

Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Science and IT: 10.00 AM – 11.00 AM

Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Faculty of Business Administration: 12.00 PM – 1.00 PM

Instruction and Guideline:

1. Every academic award recipient of the 20th convocation of all categories (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude) will require to register for the award ceremony after logging into her/his VUES account in the AIUB Portal (portal.aiub.edu). [the link of the form in the VUES portal will be available soon]
2. To receive the award at the ceremony, every award recipient must be in their respective gown as per their faculty color*.
3. Student may bring their parents/ guardians (maximum 2). Name of their parents/ guardians must be included in the registration form.
4. Student must maintain the specific time schedule as per the faculty as mentioned above. Entry to the campus will be strictly monitored as per registered schedule (date and time).
5. The deadline for registration is 3 PM, Thursday, November 25, 2021.
6. If a student misses the ceremony or is unable to attend the ceremony, she/he will have to contact the Office of Guidance Council (OGC).
7. Student must bring the printout of the confirmed schedule.
8. Student must complete their task and exit the campus within the given timeframe.
9. Students may bring their own camera.

Procedure for student:

Step 1: Login to VUES

Step 2: Submit the 20^th Convocation Academic Award Ceremony application form

Step 3: Print the application confirmation receipt

Step 4: Visit the campus on Saturday, November 27, 2021 with the printout as per the specific schedule (FE/ FST: 10.00 AM or FBA/ FASS: 12 PM)

Step 5: Attend the ceremony to receive the academic award in the Amphitheater

Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences:

Undergraduate (English, Economics, MMC, LLB): Maroon Hood, Black Gown

Postgraduate (MDS, MPH): Maroon Hood, Black Gown, White Slash

Faculty of Business Administration:

Faculty of Engineering:
