As per the UGC letter received on September 1, 2021, all AIUB students’ vaccination data must be submitted to UGC within one week. AIUB students are requested update the vaccination data by Sunday, September 5, so that we can send to the UGC on time.

Every AIUB student must update their vaccine information in the VUES portal as per following category:

1. If the student has registered for vaccine; but did not receive any SMS for the vaccination date yet
2. If the student has received SMS for the 1^st vaccination date; but didn’t receive 1^st dose yet
3. If the student has received 1^st dose and waiting for 2^nd dose
4. If the student has received both doses
