Important Instructions for Students:

Students must report at 09:00 AM to set up their posters at the designated stands (labeled by Group Number) then move to the defense presentation venue.
Room numbers for defense presentations will be displayed on notice boards at Level XX and Level XX of the D Building according to group allocation.
Students must not mention the supervisor’s name on either the defense presentation slides or the poster.
Students must bring their own HDMI-enabled laptop for the defense session.
Students must sign the attendance sheet during the defense session.
After completing the defense, students must return promptly to the poster venue. Poster evaluation will begin without delay .
The Best Poster will be nominated from each domain based on evaluation results.
