Summer 2019-20 Registration, Tuition Fee Waiver and Classes

Dear Students,

The well-being of you and your family has always been and will be the highest priority of AIUB and that you’re all safe and healthy in your home. You, our students are our pride and most valuable assets. With our collective strength, we are committed to find the best solution to ensure your future. Now, more than ever, you need to be prepared for more challenges and uncertainties. You need to make the most of the opportunities in the best possible ways no matter how difficult they might seem like. Your uninterrupted studies and on time graduation are always our topmost priority. We are going to start Summer 2019-20 semester with online classes in Microsoft Teams platform. Considering the current overall economic crisis, the AIUB management has decided to reduce the tuition fee for Summer 2019-20 semester and offer flexible installment payment options. Following is the detail of Summer 2019-20 semester registration. We thank you for your trust and wholehearted support at all times.

Summer 2019-20 semester

Class Starts: Wednesday, July 1, 2020
Classes will be held online using Microsoft Teams
Final grade of Spring 2019-20 semester will be based on the UGC guideline (details will be posted soon in the notice and faculty members will contact students accordingly).

Registration Date: June 1 - 15, 2020
Date of completing 1st Payment for validating Registration: Thursday, June 18, 2020

• **20% WAIVER ON TUITION AND LABORATORY FEES *ONLY FOR SUMMER 2019-20

(**Those who already enjoy any form of TF waiver, the highest will be applicable)

*Regular Tuition Fees will be applicable from Fall 2020-21 semester onwards

• Annual Development and Annual Student Activity Fees (if applicable) can be paid in 2 equal installments:

a. 50% during Summer 2019-20 (in 3 equal installments with other fees)

b. 50% to be paid in full during the Final registration for Fall 20-21

• Other applicable Fees can be paid in 3 equal installments

Installment payment option for Tuition Fees of Summer 2019-20, as shown below:

TOTAL PAYABLE FEES: 50% Annual Development (if applicable), 50% of Annual Student Activity (if applicable), Tuition (with 20% waiver), Laboratory (with 20% waiver) and other fees

Remaining 50% of Annual Development and 50% of Annual Student Activity Fees will be due in the following semester (Fall 20-21) (as applicable)
