Students who have already received their 1st dose OR 2nd dose of COVID-19 vaccine OR have successfully registered for the vaccine in the government website (https://surokkha.gov.bd/), are requested to submit their vaccination information in their VUES portal. Students will be able to update their vaccination information in their VUES portal along with the progression of the vaccination. 

The government has initiated the vaccination process for university students with a view to reopening educational institutes. Hence, this data may be a mandatory requirement in future to enter the university premise once the circumstances improve. Please note that submission of false information will be treated as a violation of discipline and will be dealt with accordingly.
