MID TERM SET-B EXAM, SPRING 2021-22

Mid Term Set-B exam for “Spring 2021-2022” will be held as per following schedule:

• Slot 1: MONDAY, 21 MARCH 2022, 04:00 PM to 05:30 PM.
• Slot 2: TUESDAY, 22 MARCH 2022, 04:00 PM to 05:30 PM.
• Venue: TBA

The list of courses in different slots will be announced later via notice board. Please keep an eye on the notice board to know the slot for your course.

Some important things to remember:

1. A student is eligible for set-B exam if he/she has missed set-A exam for any of the following reasons:

• Clash Exam/ 3 exams in a day.
• Medical Sickness.
• Illegitimate reasons (Late, Lack of Preparation etc.)

Penalty/Fine might be imposed if you cannot provide supporting documents to validate your cause.

2. Fill up the Set-B form. You can download it from your VUES account. Attach the following documents with your form to support your cause:

• For Clash Exam/ 3 exams in a day: Photocopy of your Spring 2021-22 Mid Term Exam Permit, and Printed copy of the exam schedule of your course. Mark the clashed courses/ 3 exams.
• For Medical Sickness: Valid Medical Documents.

3. Take Signature from your Course Teacher before Tuesday, March 15, 2022 4:00 PM.

4. For Medical Sickness/ Illegitimate reasons, submit the Set-B Form at the Information Desk in D Building Level 1.5 before Wednesday March 16, 2022 11:30 AM for the approval from the Head of the Department. For Clash Exams/ 3 exams in a day, you do not need to submit it for the approval of the head of the department.

5. Collect your approved Set-B form from the Information Desk in D Building Level 1.5 before Sunday March 20, 2022 12:00 PM.

6. Keep the Set-B form with you. Invigilators will check the form during Set-B exam to validate that you have the permission to sit for the Set-B exam.

7. Confirmed Set-B exam venue will be announced on Sunday, March 20 after 5:00 PM. Keep an eye on the notice board.

8. NO Permit, NO Set-B Exam and NO Set-B Form, NO Set-B Exam policy will be applicable.
