Students who were already allotted with parking facility in the basement of building-D in Fall 2024-25 semester can apply for renewal of the same facility for the upcoming Spring 2024-25 semester. The renewal application must be submitted through AIUB web portal by Thursday, 13 February 25. The renewal process and the detail guideline are now available in the AIUB portal.

The renewal is only applicable for the same package. After the deadline (Thursday, 13 February 25), the parking facilities which were not renewed will be released and allotted to new applicants on first come first serve basis.

If anyone is not willing to renew the parking facility anymore in the Spring 2024-25 semester, the parking card must be returned to the VUES office (Ground Floor, Building D) any time before or within 48 hours after the allotted time period (15 Feb 2025).
