Students who were already allotted with parking facility in the basement of building-D in Fall 2022-23 semester can apply for renewal of the same facility for the upcoming Spring 2022-23 semester. The renewal application must be submitted through AIUB web portal by Thursday, 15 December 2022 (Extended). The renewal process and the detail guideline are now available in the AIUB portal

The renewal is only applicable for the same package. After the deadline (Thursday, 15 December 2022 – Extended Deadline), the parking facilities which were not renewed will be released and allotted to new applicants on first come first serve basis.

If anyone is not willing to renew the parking facility anymore in the Spring 2022-23 semester, the parking card must be returned to the VUES office (Ground Floor, Building D) within 48 hours after the allotted time period.

Please note that a new package titled ‘Driveway Parking’ is going to be introduced from Spring 2022-23. Please read the detail guideline carefully available in the AIUB web portal before submitting the application.
