Earlier, as per instruction of the Ministry of Education we collected NID number of students and have been forwarding them to the concerned authority on a regular basis. But, since the new category ‘18 years and above students’ for vaccine registration is already introduced, students will be able to directly register in the government website. Hence, we will not be required to send the list of NID to the concerned authority anymore.

 

Students who do not have NIDs are requested to start the processing and apply for their NID as soon as possible, in order to be considered eligible for the student vaccination provision by the Ministry of Education. Important note: Students who have already received their 1st dose OR 2nd dose of COVID-19 vaccine OR have successfully registered for the vaccine are requested to submit their vaccination information logging into their VUES portal (www.aiub.edu). Students will be able to update their vaccination information in their VUES portal along with the progression of the vaccination.  This data may be a mandatory requirement in future to enter the university premise once the circumstances improve. Please note that submission of false information will be treated as a violation of discipline and will be dealt with accordingly.
