From Fall 2022-23 semester, the basement 1 and 2(Building D) parking facility will be automated and available to cars which are allotted to fixed parking spot through a registration process. The parking spot will be assigned to AIUB students/ faculties/ officials based on first come first serve basis. Application for a fixed parking spot in the basement 1 and 2(Building D) parking facility must be submitted through AIUB web portal.

Important Dates for Fall 2022-23 semester parking registration:

Application Start Date: 30 August 2022 – Tuesday

Application Closing Date: 4 September 2022 – Sunday

Release of Parking Smart Card: 05 September 2022 – Monday onwards.

* Please note that, from September 5, 2022, smart cards will be required to access the parking space of basement 1 and 2 of Building D. Smart cards will be allotted only to successfully registered applicants. This will be an on-going regular process for every semester.
