Novartis Biotechnology Leadership Camp (BioCamp)

The Novartis Biotechnology Leadership Camp (BioCamp) is a pioneering biotechnology seminar for entrepreneurial, postgraduate students in science or economics who are interested in pursuing a career in biotechnology. The first local BioCamp in Bangladesh, arranged by Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited is scheduled to take place on August 14-15, 2009. The top 2 students from the Novartis Local BioCamp will participate in this year’s Global BioCamp 2009 which is scheduled to take place from October 27-31, 2009 at the Novartis Institute of Biological Research (NIBR) in Cambridge, Mass., USA. AIUB will nominate 5 students to participate in the Local BioCamp. To be nominated as a participant, a student will need to submit the following documents: 1. CV of the student
2. One page essay in English on: ‘Why do you want to participate in International BioCamp 2009? And how will you utilize this experience in Bangladesh?’ Deadline of submission: June 15, 2009. Submit the documents at the Office of Student Affairs, Level 4, Admin Building. Or email at osa@aiub.edu (a receipt email will be replied to the sender as confirmation).
