As per government notice, the university will remain closed from Wednesday, 18 March 2020 until further notice. Given the current circumstances, the university will be shifting to online classes from Friday, 20 March 2020.

Please note,

• Previously declared advance makeup class schedule is cancelled
• Online classes will be held as per regular class schedule
• Online classes will be conducted for theory and computer laboratory classes only
• There will be limitations on online classes of Physics, Chemistry and Engineering Laboratories. Please contact the teachers directly by email or through Microsoft Teams for specific instructions
• Entry will be restricted into the campus premises during this time
• Internship, thesis and project students may contact the faculty members, head of the departments, program directors, associate deans, deans through email or Microsoft Teams

Online classes will be conducted through ‘Microsoft Teams’. Microsoft Teams is available as follows:

• Application Version:
  • For Laptop/ Desktop: Microsoft App Store
  • For Mobile: App Store or Play Store

Students will login to Microsoft Teams using their official AIUB email address* (‘ID@student.aiub.edu’) and password.

After logging in, identify your class as per schedule and join the class (Joining the class may be subject to teacher’s invitation).

Please note that administrative offices and the offices of the Deans, Associate Deans, Academic Program Directors and Department Heads will remain open. If required, students are advised to contact them through email or Microsoft Teams as there will restrictions on entry into the campus premises.
