Notice for Probation Students

As there will be no “Temporary Exam Permit” for any student, Probation students are advised to collect their Exam permit to sit for the Mid-Term exams.

The Mid-clearance will be given by the respective counselors by following probation procedures.

MID-TERM EXAM PERMIT will be RELEASED from 17th October to 26th October 2023. Students are instructed to collect the PERMIT from D Building, ground floor VUES office: From 09:30 AM up to 4:30 PM

This is to avoid delays and unforeseen problems that might occur on the exam day.

For any problem, Probation Students are requested to contact the Office of Probation (Annex-8, Registrar Building).

N.B. 

1)  Students who have paid the 2nd installment are now eligible to get their exam permits.

2)  Those who paid only the first installment can still collect their midterm exam permit, but a late fine will be applicable on the 2nd installment.

2)  For Re-Print of Exam Permit a penalty of Tk: 100 will be added to the student account.
