Last Date of Dropping Any Courses/Subjects and Semester is November 29, 2018 for Fall Semester 2018-2019.

Dropping Procedure:

Write an Application Addressed to Vice Chancellor Why You Want to Drop the Subject with the signature of department head/coordinator.

Fill Up The 2 Pages Dropping Form Properly & Get The Signature From Your Course Teacher on the Dropping Form. Dropping Form are available in Annex- 4.

Please Submit To Registration Department [Registrar Building].

Probation students are not allowed for any dropping.

Courses/Semester cannot be dropped in between the exam week and submission of grades.
