Last Date of Dropping Any Courses/Subjects and Semester is August 17, 2017 for Summer Semester 2016-2017.

Dropping Procedure:

• Write an Application Addressed to Vice Chancellor Why You Want to Drop the Subject with the signature of department head/coordinator.

• Fill Up The 2 Pages Dropping Form Properly & Get The Signature From Your Course Teacher on the Dropping Form.
• Please Submit To Registration Department [Ground Floor, Admin Building] or [Level 2, Annex 4].
• Probation students are not allowed for any dropping.
• Courses/Semester cannot be dropped in between the exam week and submission of grades.
