Attention: Notice for All Freshmen Student

(FALL : 2022-23)

* Freshman students who got admitted in Fall 2022-23 having GPA 5.00 in both SSC and HSC or 5A in O-Level (at a time) and 2A in A-Level (at a time); they may submit a Scholarship Application to the Admission Office, Registrar Building, Annex-8, from September 25 to September 29,2022 (10 AM – 4:00 PM, Weekdays only).

* Freshman students who have Siblings/ Spouse currently studying at AIUB must submit a Sibling/ Spouse Discount Application to the Admission Department, ,Registrar Building, Annex-8  from September 25 to September 29,2022 (10 AM – 4:00 PM, Weekdays only).

 * Freshman students who did not submit any of the following document at the time of     admission must submit the due document(s) to the Admission Department, Registrar Building,Annex-8  from September 25 to September 29,2022 (10 AM – 4:00 PM, Weekdays only).

# Original HSC & SSC mark sheets for Undergraduate students or

# Original GR,HSC & SSC mark sheets and certificates for Postgraduate students or

# Signed Policy Statement paper with Guardian’s Photograph (PP) and NID                                                                         

(available to download in the VUES portal under ‘Others > Download Forms’)

# Recent 4 copies colored & clear passport-sized photographs,otherwise student ID card will not be generated.

***Freshman students who have already applied OR fulfilled the above need not to apply or submit again.
