Important guidelines for attending the concert:

Strict guidelines will be followed as stated below:

• The concert is ONLY for currently registered AIUB students, faculty members, officials, and alumni.
  • Currently registered students must bring their AIUB student ID, and the final checking to enter the venue will be based on face detection.
  • There will be an alumni booth for identification of the alumni.
  • NO guests of any students, faculty members, officials, or alumni will be allowed.
  • Strict disciplinary action will be taken for any misuse of student ID.
• There will be limited entry to majority of the campus buildings and premises after the concert starts

Prohibited items are strictly not allowed:

• No large bags, backpacks, or helmets (motorcycle helmets).
• No outside food and beverages (No water bottles allowed)
  • Water dispensers will be available at the venue.
• No Illegal substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.)
• No weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, sharp instruments, etc.).
• No flammable or hazardous substances (lighters, matches, cigarettes/e-cigarettes, etc.).
• No disruptive Items (air horns, laser pointers, etc.)
• No professional photography/videography equipment (tripods, drones, etc.)
