September 17, 2014 < p align="center">MEMORANDUM 1.If it becomes difficult to reach the University on Thursday, September 18, 2014 and Sunday, September 21,2014 due to some UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES, classes are suspended.

2.The following make up classes will be held as shown below:
