My dear beloved students,

Greetings from the Office of the Vice Chancellor!

I wish and pray for your good health and safety!  Nobody has ever predicted or imagined that we will have to go through such an unprecedented difficult time brought about by COVID19.  When the whole world is in a standstill situation, the best we can do is to keep ourselves secured and ensure a safer environment for everyone around us; especially our family members.  Rest assured that we will always prioritize and guarantee yours and your family’s health and safety!

On behalf of the AIUB Management, I would like to take this opportunity to humbly thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing the patience and diligence during this time of pandemic that has affected our academic activities profoundly.  But, AIUBians are always achievers!  We have proved it again.  Your wholehearted participation in the online classes through Microsoft TEAMS is a remarkable achievement.  Let  me share with you some statistics from the AIUB’s MS TEAMS administrator – 10,826 active users, 2731 channels (classes), 2,00,171 channel messages, 4,35,410 chat messages, 9,620 group calls and 12,964 one-to-one calls.  You made this possible.  Only AIUBians can make it possible!

Unfortunately, as days go by, we are heading towards more uncertainties.  I am eagerly looking forward to the day when we can go back and celebrate each day with all of you in our beautiful campus.  As per our regular academic calendar, Spring 2019-20 semester would have been over by April 23, 2020.  In the current condition that is a challenge beyond anybody’s grasp.  But one thing is certain - the more we fail to deal with the challenge; the more uncertainty awaits us in the future.

AIUB is committed in taking all possible measures for you to complete your studies/program and graduate in your stipulated time period.
