I. FAKHRUL AREFEEN KHAN

Mr. Fakhrul Arefeen Khan, is a national award winner filmmaker in Bangladesh, and started his film career in 1997 as a film activist. His venture in independent filmmaking started while he was still a student of International Affairs at Jahangirnagar University. The national award-winning documentary Al Badr marked his entry as a film maker into the industry in the year 2007. Apart from winning the prestigious National Award for Best Documentary; Al Badr was screened in Commonwealth Film Festival, SAARC Film Festival and Ankara Film Festival. Mr. Arefeen continued his journey in making research-based documentary making as Al Badr was followed by The Speech (Liberation of Bangladesh,1971) and Hawker Ghar (Struggle of devotee of Lalan Saije an independent philosopher). Both of these were critically acclaimed for their content, solid production and authentic research. His first feature film Aim in Life (2013) was not released though Bhuban Majhi (2016) won the National Film Grant from the Ministry of Information, Bangladesh and has been screened in numerous international film festivals and has been screened in 17 countries.

Mr. Arefeen has more than 16 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing, brand management and relationship management. He has successfully directed all the marketing and sales activities in a telecom company as head of the dept and has structured and developed productive partnerships of strategic importance with relevant private sectors for development organizations from 2011.

Mr. Arefeen has strong PR activities among social group and Medias. He loves networking and considers relationship much more powerful than current business. He is expert in: Business planning, strategic partnerships development, relationship management etc. etc.

II. NAZIR ALAM

Mr. Nazir Alam is a certified management Specialist with British Standard (BS-6079), APM, UK and a licensed mentor of Quality Assurance: SMEs and VCOs, CES, UK. He has post graduate degrees in Management, Cass Business School, City University, UK and in Law & Leadership, from SOAS, University of London, UK.        

His wide range of experiences include Acquisition and Management of Master Franchise Rights of RMG, Sports, F&B and Consumer Brands, Media Rights & Content Development of Creative TV Programme. Fashion and Luxury Goods Production & Management in Bangladesh, China, Italy, Australia.          

He is also a Higher Education & Skills for Employment Specialist eg. Double Degree, Professional and Skills Programmes Leading to Employment, qualified A1 Assessor. He is an initiator of Community Leadership Programme (CLP) UK; The Future Leaders Program (FLP) & Excellence in Entrepreneurship Programme (EEP), Bangladesh; and The Future Leaders Programme (FLP) in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).    

He has also pioneered the introduction of ICT based applications in Bangladesh: 999 Emergency Response System, On-line Food Delivery System, Taxi Cab Service through Location Based App to name a few.

III. JUNAID DEEP

Mr. Junaid Tarik Deep, is a graphic designer and creative director with around 10 years of experience in Branding, Web Design, Advertising and Film Production. He started his company Glitch DHK back in 2015 when he was a 3rd year student at North South University.

His company specializes in Design, Animation, VFX and Video Production. With a team of 20+ people, they have worked from start-ups to big corporations to government associations helping them stand out through the work that they produce.

IV. ASSADUZAMAN ASAD

Mr. Asaduzzaman Asad founded Spinoff Studio since 2013 and before that he worked long time for Kento Studios, Army Ants Studio, BJIT Limited.
