INVITATION CARDS OF GRADUATES/GUESTS OF 11th CONVOCATION

Graduating students who submitted Attendance Confirmation forms earlier on time are requested to collect their INVITATION CARDs from the Office of Student Affairs, Level 4, Admin Building on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 and Wednesday, January 26, 2011 from 10 AM – 8 PM. As informed earlier that more than 900 guests cannot be accommodated in the gallery in level 2, the guest cards were only distributed for the first 900 submitted forms. However, after discussing with the law and force authorities AIUB management has managed to arrange some extra seats in a nearby venue so that at least 1 guardian/ guest of each graduate can join the ceremony. These extra cards are now being distributed and will continue till Friday, 28 January 2011.
