Guidelines for Probation Students Regarding Academic Counseling Session Fall - 2024-25

Dear Probation Students, 
Academic probation counseling for Fall 2024-25 will start on November 3, 2024. Each student has been assigned to a counselor.
Check the attached lists of your respective counselors. 
 Probation Students are highly advised to do the following:  
  • Find the Counselor’s name from the list of the notice on the AIUB homepage. You will also find your counselor’s name and contact details in your portal. 
  • Meet your Counselor immediately to get an appointment for counseling. The last counseling deadline is 27th November 2024.
  • Go for counseling once a week according to the date and time given by your counselor. As soon as your counselor is assigned, there will be a Notification/ Message in your portal and your counselor’s portal as well.
  • Please inform your counselor properly about your class performance every week. 
  • You and your counselor both will get a remainder (Notification) of your counseling session before 24 hours in the portal.
  • If you go for a counseling session as per the given time by your counselor and the counselor is unavailable or has classes at that time, please inform your Counselor/Department Heads/Office of Probation. If this happens for over a week, please inform the Office of Probation immediately. 
  • As per the Office of Probation policy, you must attend counseling sessions regularly. 
  • Counseling is provided to help you out. Therefore, please take the best advantage of this. 
  • If you have any queries, concerns, or questions, please contact your respective Departmental Authorities and the Office of Probation, located at Registrar Building. 
YOUR ATTENDANCE OF COUNSELLING SESSION WILL BE MONITORED
