Freshman Orientation (Online) Schedule of Summer 2019-20 at AIUB

 

For Undergraduate Students

Date: Monday, June 29, 2020

Time: 12.00 PM

Platform: Microsoft Teams (Online)

 

Freshman undergraduate students who completed their admission and registration process are either already assigned or will be assigned (if registration completed recently) to their respective orientation teams in Microsoft Teams where the orientation will take place according to the above schedule.

If any freshman undergraduate student fails to find respective orientation team after logging in to Microsoft Teams, please email to osa@aiub.edu with your ID, Name and Department.

Rules of joining the orientation teams online:

  • Login to Microsoft Teams
  • Click on the respective orientation team channel
  • Wait for the teacher to start the orientation meeting
  • After the teacher starts the meeting, join the meeting
  • Keep your microphone mute at all time unless instructed by the teacher

 

For Masters students (MBA, EMBA, MSCS, MEEE, MPH, MDS)

Orientation of Master’s students will be conducted in the first class on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 or a sperate schedule will be announced by respective departments
