Attn: Freshmen students enrolled in Summer 2018-2019, 1st Slot

You are advised to collect your new ID from the VUES Room, Ground Floor, Building D starting from May 27, 2019 up to May 30, 2019. (Please check your ID number in the list posted).

Undergraduate student ID will be distributed as per following schedule from 10 AM – 4 PM:

Postgraduate student ID will be distributed from 5 PM – 6 PM and 7:30 PM - 8 PM from May 27, 2019 – May 30, 2019

Take note of the following:

• ID card must be collected on the above dates. After May 30, 2019 temporary freshman ID will no longer be valid.
• Don’t forget to bring and submit your temporary ID at the time of collecting your new ID, otherwise your new ID will not be released!
