Attn: Freshmen students enrolled in Fall 2019-2020

You are advised to collect your new ID from the VUES Room, Ground Floor, Building D starting from September 22, 2019 up to September 26, 2019.

Undergraduate student ID will be distributed as per following schedule from 10 AM – 5 PM:

Postgraduate student ID will be distributed from 5 PM – 7.30 PM

Take note of the following:

• ID card must be collected on the above dates. After Sep 26, 2019 temporary freshman ID will no longer be valid.
• Don’t forget to bring and submit your temporary ID at the time of collecting your new ID, otherwise your new ID will not be released!
