Attn: All freshmen students enrolled in Spring 2024-25

You are advised to collect your new ID from the VUES Office, Ground Floor, Building D starting from February 26, 2025 up to February 27, 2025. 

Undergraduate freshman student ID will be distributed as per following schedule from 10 AM – 5 PM:

Take note of the following:

• ID card must be collected on the above dates. After February 27 temporary freshman ID will no longer be valid.
• Don’t forget to bring and submit your temporary ID at the time of collecting your new ID, otherwise your new ID will not be released!
• Postgraduate student ID will be distributed from 5 PM – 8.30 PM [MBA Program Office]
