FIRE EVACUATION EXERCISE

This to inform every personnel of AIUB that a Fire Evacuation Exercise will be taking place in Each and Every Building of AIUB some time very soon. In this regard every student, teacher and every occupant present in the building at the time of the exercise is advised to leave their respective classes and duty as soon as a Clear Continuous Bell is heard indicating that a Fire is in the premises. Students are advised not to rush to the Exit Doors but rather go out of their respective Class Rooms in an orderly manner. (1st Column nearest to the door should start forming a line and the rest of the class is to follow suit). Teachers are to lead the students out of the class rooms in an orderly silent manner towards the Exit Route out of the building and to SAFETY. Campus Officers please advise all the Peons that they are responsible for double checking all the rooms in their respective floor in order to ensure that they are all Empty. Once the whole building is Vacated all Students and Teachers are advised to return to their respective scheduled classes while others are advised to report to their duties and continue with the rest of the day as usual.
