FINAL EXAM PERMIT DISTRIBUTION NOTICE TO STUDENTS (FALL 2024-2025)
The exam permits will be distributed according to the following schedule:
Distribution Day and Time:
Sunday to Wednesday, Time: 10:00 am to 4:30 pm
Important Notes:

Payment- Only students who have fully settled their payments can obtain their exam permits. Those who make payments during this period can collect their permits the day after 24 hours completing their bank payment.
- Bring your Student ID – permits will not be issued without a valid ID. No ID, no permit.
- Individual collection only – students may only collect their own permits. If you need someone else to collect on your behalf, they must have an authorization letter signed by you and provide both your ID and their ID.
- Strictly observe the distribution time – permits will only be available during the mentioned date and time.
