You are all advised to collect your new ID from Annex 6, 2^nd floor Room no. 7201 on the following schedule:

Take note of the following:

• ID card must be collected on the above date.
• ID collection time for under Graduate is [10:00 AM to 05:00 PM], for Graduate [05:00 PM to 7:30 PM, VUES Room, Annex 5].
• Don’t forget to bring your temporary ID, else your new ID will not be released!
• Starting on June 27, 2018 all temporary ID will not be honored by the University Authority!
