Dear Probation Students,

You are asked to check the attached list of students who are under probation & their respective counselors. Counseling for the SUMMER 2018-19 is going to be started from June 13, 2019. Each student has been assigned a counselor. You are highly advised to do the following: 

• Find your name and the counselor’s name to whom you have been assigned from the list
• Contact your Counselor immediately to get an appointment for the meeting with your counselor. Then meet your counselor along with your parents. Otherwise NO PARENT’S SIGNATURE, NO MID-TERM PERMIT will strictly be followed.
• Go for counseling at least once in every week to your counselor according to the counseling time given by your respective counselor 
• If you have classes during the counseling hours, contact the counselor immediately and work out for an alternative time 
• Please inform your counselor properly regarding your class performance every week
• If you go to your counselor during the counseling hour, but the counselor is not available, please inform your Department Heads. If this happens more than a week, please inform Office of Probation immediately
• As per the rule of Probation Office, if you do not go to counseling session, University Management will take academic action against you
• Counseling is provided to help you out. Therefore, please take best advantage of this
• If you have any queries, concerns or questions, please contact your respective Departmental Authorities as well as the Office of Probation, Annex-7 (Ground Floor), AIUB Campus.
• YOUR ATTENDANCE OF COUNSELLING SESSION WILL HIGHLY BE MONITORED
