Dear Probation Students,

You are advised to check the attached lists of your respective counselors. Counseling for the Semester FALL 2022-2023 is going to be started from OCTOBER 10, 2022. Each student has been assigned to a counselor. 

Probation Students are highly advised to do the following: 

• Find Counselor’s name from the list. You can also find your counselor’s name and contact details in your portal.
• Meet your Counselor immediately to get an appointment for counselling. Parent’s must meet with your counselor as per given appointment date by Counselor. Otherwise,

NO PARENT’S SIGNATURE, NO MID-TERM PERMIT will be strictly followed.

• Go for counseling once in every week to your counselor according to date and time given by your counselor.
• Please inform your counselor properly about your class performance of every week.
• If you go for counselling session as per given time by your counselor and the counselor is not available or you have classes on that time, please inform your Counselor/Department Heads/Office of Probation. If this happens more than a week, please inform Office of Probation immediately.
• As per the policy of Probation Office, if you do not go to counseling session regularly, University Management will take academic action against you.
• Counseling is provided to help you out. Therefore, please take the best advantage of this.
• If you have any queries, concerns, or questions, please contact your respective Departmental Authorities as well as the Office of Probation, Registrar Building.
