** Merit Based Scholarship Application

01. O-Level & A-Level Scholarship

Students who obtained 5 A in O-Level and 2 A in A-Level (at a time) must submit their scholarship application by October 06, 2026 .

02. SSC & HSC GPA-5 Scholarship

The list of eligible students will be published within the second week of class starts . Students who do not find their names on the list or identify any discrepancies are requested to contact the Admission Office, Annex-9 .

** Sibling/Spouse Discount Application
Students whose sibling or spouse is currently studying at AIUB must apply by October 22, 2026.

** Pending Document Submission Deadline
Students who have not yet submitted the required admission documents must do so by October 29, 2026.

** Required Documents (if pending):

01. Original SSC & HSC Mark Sheets (UG Students).

02.  Original SSC, HSC & Graduation Mark Sheets and Certificates (PG Students).

03.  Signed Policy Statement Form with Guardian's Passport-Size Photograph and Signature
(To be collected from the Admission Office, Annex-9, if not previously collected or for online-admitted students) .

04.  Signed General Information Form
(To be collected from the Admission Office; applicable only for online-admitted students).

Documents Submission Timing: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Except Friday & Saturday)
Submission Venue: Admission Office, Annex-9, Permanent Campus, Kuratoli.

Students who have already applied/submitted the required documents need not apply or submit again.
