The Annual HR Conference 2025, organized by the HR Exchange Network, took place at Radisson Blu Dhaka on September 12, 2025. The gathering brought together over 550 human resource leaders, practitioners, and thought partners from diverse industries.

Ms. Kishwar Mubin Chowdhury, Assistant Professor, Department of Management and HRM, Faculty of Business Administration, American International University–Bangladesh (AIUB), represented the university at the conference with the aim of building stronger industry connections and creating new pathways for collaboration between academia and the corporate world.

The full-day program offered insightful keynote addresses, engaging panel dialogues, and interactive networking sessions, with discussions centering on the future of work, the role of digital transformation in HR, leadership development, and employee well-being.
