Graduation Certificate Processing and Provisional Certificate Application

The Graduation Certificate Processing and Provisional Certificate Application process for the 25^th Convocation of AIUB begins on June 07, 2026. Students who have completed graduation requirements are requested to submit

the online form along with the payment. The application form is available in the student’s VUES account.

Login to portal.aiub.edu → Others → Applications → + New → Graduation Certificate Processing Application (Apply for Current Convocation) + Provisional Certificate Application [If needed]  → Submit the form Online → Complete payment

In case the payment status remains pending after 48 hours, please email the payment slip/receipt (Bank Receipt or Online Payment Screenshot) to records@aiub.edu.

This notice applies only to the certificate processing application and is not related to the convocation attendance form.
