23^rd Convocation Notice

Students who have completed the graduation requirements by Fall 2024-25 are requested to fill up the online form for the 23^rd Convocation on or before May 10, 2025 [05:00 PM].

The last date for clearing the Convocation payment is May 15, 2025 (04:00 PM). To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that your payment is cleared and the payment slip is emailed to records@aiub.edu before the deadline. Please note that failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your application.

** The payment slip is only required for those who are clearing the payment now, in order to update their respective files as soon as possible. Please note, that this is not required for those who have cleared their due payment beforehand and have already been cleared for the convocation.
