It has been observed that many graduating students of 20th convocation are sending requests for new MS Teams account (AIUBID@student.aiub.edu), who already have MS Teams account as per their AIUB student IDs. It is not possible to recreate a username for which there is already an existing MS Teams account. Please note, students who forgot password of their MS Teams account, they can reset their password by themselves.  

For those graduating students, who never had any MS Teams account, their account credentials are already posted in their VUES account. Students who forgot their VUES password, they can also reset their VUES account password by themselves, and the reset instructions are sent to their verified email addresses. In case if any student account does not contain a verified email address, the reset password instruction of their VUES account will be sent to the email address which they submitted during 20th Convocation application.
