On July 23, 2023, the Faculty of Engineering (FE) organized a workshop for the capstone project groups focused on "Project Management" and "Formatting the Capstone Documents". The program began at 4:00 PM at Multipurpose Hall, AIUB. The target audience for this webinar was the FE faculty members and students working on their Capstone Projects.

Mr. Rethwan Faiz (Assistant Professor, Faculty of Engineering, AIUB), opened his session by extending a warm welcome to the audience. He then went on to describe the SWOT & PEST analysis's parameters by using examples of different projects. Then he emphasized the need for breaking down tasks, creating checklists, and adhering to deadlines as elements that affect team performance. Afterwards, Dr. Md. Rifat Hazari (Senior Assistant Professor, Faculty of Engineering, AIUB) started his speech with a brief introduction of the template of the capstone book. He displayed the various functions and formatting tools needed to edit the template in the correct way. Finally, he emphasized the importance of referencing and citing for the capstone book.

A brief Q&A session was then held for the attendees. After that Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abdul Mannan (Associate Dean, Faculty of Engineering, AIUB) concluded the session by thanking both speakers and presenting them with a certificate of appreciation. The session came to an end with a group photo at 6:00 PM.
